Hey George, thanks for taking the time to speak with us. Where did you come up with the Hiatus name?
We wanted something that represented the feeling of taking a moment for yourself. A break from the daily grind.
Can you tell us about your hardware?
The Hiatus hardware is made of premium (and safe) materials that are commonly found in cooking and medical devices. The body is made of borosilicate glass and medical-grade stainless steel that contains no heavy metals. Each draw is optimally heated to that just-right temperature range to maintain terpene integrity and the custom ceramic coil provides a clean flavour and no burnt aftertaste.
Can you tell us about your ingredients?
The bespoke formulations we’ve come up with are what really makes Hiatus stand out above other CBD vape devices on the market. Each Hiatus pen contains 150mg of pure CBD isolate combined with a mix of high-grade natural terpenes specifically chosen to match the need states that they represent.
Can you tell us about what makes each product different? Revive, Rest and Focus.
In short, the flavour and the terpenes. The “Revive” pen for example is Raspberry, Cucumber & Garden Mint flavour, which is like nothing else on the market. It really takes you to a rejuvenating place and we’ve combined that with Limonene, Caryophyllene and Linalool terpenes to enhance that feeling. The strong blackcurrant & blueberry flavour of the “Rest” pen combined with compatible terpenes evokes a state of relaxation. Those flavours sound great. What dosage do you recommend?
It really depends on user preference. We find that most of our customers soon get into a routine of using their pen throughout the day, as and when it’s needed. It acts as a great comforter to have at hand, enabling you to step away from what you’re doing and take a moment for yourself. On average the pen lasts for an average 150 draws so given there’s 150mg of CBD, it’s approx. 1mg of CBD per draw.
How does Hiatus compare to other brands on the market?
