CBD buyers have many choices of where to purchase the products which help them. Legally, any retailer can sell CBD. From the petrol store down the road to the most posh high street specialty store, CBD is showing up just about everywhere. Online retailers also sell CBD. What is CBD?

CBD in the UK
You can buy CBD just about anywhere in the United Kingdom but not all retailers are the same. A study by the Centre for Medicinal Cannabis found that more than half of the CBD it sampled did not have the amount of CBD it claimed to. One product did not contain any CBD at all! Caution is called for.
Many physical CBD retailers do not do any real vetting of the products they carry. Others might examine the products when they first buy them but do not keep up. The product which had no CBD at all retailed for £90 and sold in a high street shop. There are some CBD specialty shops which are well-regarded, such as the Otherside Cannabinoid Dispensary in London. That store was even open during lockdown.
Online retailers may be a good choice for CBD buyers. Caution is called for online, too. Amazon recently started selling CBD online, but it provides little information about the products it sells. For example, Amazon does not provide test results and it does not help you decide which product is best for you.
